Budget hotel with a fine breakfast selection. Staff were kind in the whole property. Booked double room, that included central heating and an ironing set.

It had all needed for one night in Longtown. This venue had a nice-looking reception. Meals here were outstanding and healthy. Generally everything was nice, yet the bathroom was really small. People were fair - staff and other guests.

I liked that the reception was efficient. I had airy, tasteful room with a luxury bathroom. Top location close to the river. The place was tranquil, nothing too much trouble, would recomand.

Staff and facilities were FIRST CLASS for us. Great sized bathroom, very comfy bed, comfortable bedroom. It was across the local area. Quirky hotel, 20 km from Carlisle Lake District airport.

Food and amenities could not have been more pleasant. Pet-friendly hotel in domestic area. Moreover, it was relatively close to an episcopal church. We really enjoyed the Chinese cuisine in the restaurant.

We really enjoyed our en-suite rooms, plus the staff was helpfull. The suite was always very clean. Manager is the best ever! In fact, it had free parking. Food selection was very good...
The street was nosy and that caused inconvenience.
